- Preparation of tender documents of various electrical packages like substation, EHV line, HV line, Unit substation, Transformers etc.
- Approval of drawings and calculation for electrical packages
- Simulation of complete network on electrical software
- Loss calculation for windfarm / solar farm
- Preparation of an electrical scheme for various projects
- Close coordination with EPC contractor team / consultant for approval of all design related documents.
- Will work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and other key personnel.
- Documentation of all electrical packages and ensure latest revision is released for working at ground.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Wind Electrical Engineer should have :
- Min 6-10 years' experience in design engineering of various electrical packages. Should have sound knowledge of substation, EHV line, HV line design.
- B.E / B. Tech / M.Tech- Electrical Engineering. M.Tech will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of 220kV, 400kV substation design.
- Knowledge of Protection System & SAS
- Exposure on CTU connected projects for windfarm will be added advantage
- Software knowledge- Autocad, eTap, PSSE, PSCAD.
- EHV & Distribution line knowledge
- Knowledge of IS / IEC / IEEE etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
