Job descriptionPlan and arrange manpower and materials to ensure site readiness and adherence to project schedules. Supervise on-site activities and coordinate with teams for smooth project execution. Prepare and interpret technical drawings using AutoCAD. Use MS Office tools for documentation and project tracking. Provide technical input and troubleshooting support during project execution. Communicate effectively with contractors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met. Resolve on-site challenges proactively to minimize delays. Be prepared for mobilization to various project sites as per requirements. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience : 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Electrical and MEP work, especially in industrial projects. Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of high and low side electrical work, including cable laying, earthing, and external lighting. Software Skills : Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is mandatory. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The position is site-based and requires flexibility to work at different project locations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential to manage on-site operations efficiently.
