Job Description

• Define the CRM product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer engagement strategy.
• Collaborate with business and digital teams to translate requirements into functional and technical CRM enhancements.
• Lead user story creation, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization for CRM development.
• Ensure CRM integration with DMS, Customer App, and digital marketing platforms.
• Define data models and reporting requirements for lead tracking, conversion, and customer lifecycle metrics.
• Partner with analytics teams to deliver actionable insights and dashboards.
• Conduct regular platform reviews, performance monitoring, and user adoption assessments.
• Coordinate vendor management, testing, and release management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Manager - CRM should have :

• Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.).
• Strong understanding of lead management, sales funnel analytics, and customer lifecycle processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• 8-10 years of experience in CRM implementation and product ownership, preferably in automotive or consumer industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business; MBA preferred.
