A strategic role focused to grow the assigned business portfolio, meet the needs of the markets we serve and stay current with trends and requirements in future years to come. Tasked with creating and championing customer commercial insight for the defined business portfolio on a national level. This position supports the sales organization by directing the organization’s efforts for the business portfolio, helping the organization develop and implement strategies and tactics to win business at targeted margin levels.
Roles+Responsibilities :
- Create and implement Short term and long term business / marketing plan for the respective product within specified region
- Understand, identify and communicate within the company, offerings that represent sustainable and substantial growth opportunities in target industries
- Participation in customer seminars, road shows, etc
- Provides high level sales support for our sales teams in coordination with sales and key account management
- Develop, coordinate and implement in collaboration with marketing communications, sales tools and training materials to facilitate the promotion and sales of the specific product line
- Liaise between our sales centre (SC) and our production centres (PC)
- Communicate local market needs / issues to the production centres
- Collection and dissemination of competitive information
- Creation of technical articles
- Other duties as assigned
