Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Maintain HR policies, employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
• Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate with leadership on manpower planning and organizational development.
• Support performance management processes and training initiatives.
