Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and brand positioning.
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events / mall / neighborhood activations) to promote healthcare services, specialties, and new initiatives.
• Oversee the organization’s entire online presence, including website management, social media strategy, SEO / SEM performance, and online reputation management.
• Coordinate actively with internal departments, medical doctors, and management to define target audiences and capitalize on marketing opportunities.
• Strategize and execute community outreach programs, health camps, and corporate tie-ups to drive patient footfall.
• Supervise the creation of engaging content for marketing materials, patient education, and all digital channels.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance and Return on Investment (ROI) of all marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing activities strictly adhere to ethical standards and relevant healthcare regulatory guidelines.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the marketing team to achieve optimal performance and foster creativity.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners, advertising agencies, and external vendors.
