▷ (Immediate Start) Influencer & UGC Lead

You will own the creator engine end-to-end for youe.co

What you will do :

• Build the creator bench : source, pitch, and sign UGC creators and micro-influencers across Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
• Be the single point of contact : manage briefs, timelines, approvals, and feedback between Youe and creators.
• Onboard and enable : share brand kit, messaging guardrails, creative guidelines, asset library, examples, tracking links, and payment steps so creators can ship fast.
• Plan content sprints : co-create hooks and formats; maintain a rolling calendar that balances experiments with proven winners.
• Track what matters : monitor posts and analytics in real time; maintain a dashboard for reach, views, CTR, installs, conversions, and cost metrics.
• Iterate with creators : test formats, captions, thumbnails, and calls-to-action; scale what works and retire what does not.
• Handle creator payouts.
• Be a custodian of youe's brand : spot risks early, escalate quickly, and keep activity within platform and brand guidelines.
