We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who knows how to spot exceptional talent and build strong relationships with both hiring teams and candidates. You’ll drive end-to-end recruitment for high-impact roles across Engineering, Product, and Technology, while ensuring a seamless and thoughtful hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand business needs and role requirements.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to offer closure — for technical positions (Engineering, Product, Data, DevOps, etc.).
- Build and execute creative sourcing strategies using multiple channels — professional networks, advanced Boolean searches, referrals, and social media.
- Assess candidates for technical and cultural alignment through structured screening and evaluation.
- Manage pipelines efficiently and ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and market trends to guide data-driven decisions.
- Represent the company brand with authenticity and clarity during every candidate interaction.
What You Bring
5–8 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in startups or fast-scaling tech environments .Proven expertise in hiring for roles like Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Data Scientists, or similar.Strong sourcing and market-mapping capabilities — especially within niche tech ecosystems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple priorities.Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
