Accounts (US Accounting)

About the Role

We are looking for motivated individuals with 1–2 years of experience in US accounting and bookkeeping to join our team as interns, with the opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance. The role will focus on US bookkeeping, compliance, and accounting operations, with hands-on exposure to Zoho Books and other financial tools.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities for US entities.

Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions in Zoho Books.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Assist with preparation of financial statements, reports, and compliance documentation.

Work closely with the finance team on US GAAP accounting practices.

Ensure adherence to Delaware state compliance and other regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

Preferred Skills & Experience

1–2 years of experience in US accounting / bookkeeping.

Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (or similar accounting software).

Strong knowledge of US GAAP principles.

US CPA (preferred).

Familiarity with Delaware state compliance and telecom compliance (a plus).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
