POSITION TITLE : Guest Service Associate (Steward)

WORK SETUP : Full Time, Onsite

WORK LOCATION : New Delhi, Delhi, India

SALARY : INR 300K–420K

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : 3–6 years

JOB SUMMARY :

Under the general guidance of the Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager, and the Operations Management Team, the Guest Service Associate (Steward) is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service in accordance with company standards. The role involves supporting restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and service efficiency within the restaurant or outlet.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Guest Service

• Greet and attend to guests promptly and courteously.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them according to service standards.
• Offer detailed information and suggestions about the menu, daily specials, and promotions.
• Ensure customer needs are addressed promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.
• Prepare checks / bills and handle payment collection efficiently.
