Role : Proposal Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager with hands-on experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals for Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants and related products.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare complete techno-commercial proposals independently for ETP, STP, ZLD, RO, UF, and related systems.

Understand client requirements, specifications, and tender documents.

Coordinate with design & engineering teams for sizing, costing, and system design.

Draft detailed proposals, BOQs, CAPEX & OPEX calculations, and technical write-ups.

Ensure proposals are aligned with client requirements and competitive in the market.

Candidate Requirements

Strong knowledge of ETP, STP, ZLD, and advanced wastewater treatment design.

Proven track record of making independent techno-commercial quotations.

Experience in handling industrial wastewater and municipal projects.

Excellent communication & documentation skills.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
