Head of Marketplace

Our client is India's leading luxury silver jewellery brand. They are looking for a Head of Marketplace to lead and grow their business across leading e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate comes with deep B2C e-commerce experience, strong platform relationships, and a growth-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own P&L for all marketplace channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
• Build and scale listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog optimization
• Manage marketplace operations : onboarding, inventory sync, order fulfillment, SLA adherence
• Analyze platform data to drive revenue, traffic, and conversion
• Coordinate with supply chain and operations for seamless delivery and returns
• Manage relationships with account managers across platforms
• Drive customer reviews, ratings, and platform visibility
• Identify and launch on new channels as needed
