🚀 We’re Hiring : Business Head | On-Demand Home Services Marketplace (B2C)

Location : Hyderabad, India

Organization : Kapston Services Limited

Experience : 10–15 years | Industry : Home Services / B2C / E-commerce / Marketplace

At Kapston, we’ve built a legacy of excellence across Staffing, Security, and Integrated Facilities Management, empowering 32,000+ professionals across India. Now, we’re expanding into a new frontier — a B2C Marketplace Division that will redefine how services reach consumers. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Business Head to lead this new vertical from concept to scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and lead the On-Demand Home Services Marketplace (B2C) — from strategy to execution, operating from Corporate Office, Hyderabad
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans, partnerships, and digital growth strategies.
  • Drive P&L ownership, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across product, marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Use data, technology, and customer insights to enhance user experience and retention.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2C Marketplace, Home Services Division, E-commerce, Aggregator Platforms.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of scaling digital or tech-led businesses.
  • Leadership mindset — able to build, inspire, and drive performance.
  • Entrepreneurial, innovative, and outcome-driven attitude.
