About the Role

Seeking a visionary Product Leader to drive AI-first SaaS solutions in the Life & Annuities (L&A) domain. The role focuses on shaping and scaling domain-specific Agentic AI products that redefine enterprise transformation across insurance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design by understanding client challenges, defining value propositions, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee product strategy, roadmap, and execution for L&A policy administration and transformation initiatives.
• Guide conversations on policy conversions and automation in contact centers or mailroom operations.
• Define and communicate product vision and success metrics aligned with business goals.
• Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ensure high-impact product launches.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to guide roadmap priorities.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the product at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
