Implementation Engineer

Role Overview

As an Implementation Engineer at Storefox, you will be responsible for installing and configuring our software solutions at client stores. You will work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless installations, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide suggestions for process improvements. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who enjoys working hands-on with technology and has a knack for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure Storefox software at client stores using remote tools like AnyDesk , or UltraViewer .
• Create and manage configuration as part of the installation process.
• Troubleshoot device connectivity to systems and execute necessary PowerShell commands according to our SOP.
• Provide technical support during installations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with the team to improve installation procedures and share feedback for process enhancement.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth implementation.
• Monitoring of devices
