Procurement Deputy Manager

職務說明 Job Description 負責印度廠區採購工作，有效執行採購作業並達成部門績效。

Responsible for procurement operations in the India plant, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and achievement of departmental KPIs.

主負印度廠區雜項（MRO、Indirect）的採購需求，包含廠房裝修工程、總務類委外發包、生產設備 / 維修、耗材等採購需求。

Manage procurement requirements for MRO and indirect materials, including factory renovation, outsourcing services, production equipment, maintenance parts, and consumables.

4.1 配合需求單位對供應商進行評估及交流方案。

Coordinate with user departments to evaluate supplier proposals and recommend sourcing solutions.

4.2 詢比議價，整體成本商務條件議定。

Conduct quotation comparison, cost analysis, and supplier negotiation.

4.3 審核採購合約與驗收付款。

Review and approve procurement contracts, delivery, and payment terms.

配合集團策略開發與管理直接料（Direct Material）供應商，包含供應商現場稽核、合格供應商登錄、樣品認證與量產物料跟進等相關流程。

Support group sourcing strategy for direct materials, including supplier scouting, on-site audits, qualification, registration, and tracking of sample approval and production readiness.

支援各部門對接供應商，協助物料異常與跨區問題處理。

Collaborate with related departments to handle supplier issues and resolve quality or delivery exceptions.

資格條件 Qualifications 工作經驗 Experience :

5年以上採購或供應鏈管理相關經驗，具製造業或汽車產業背景尤佳。

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries.

學歷要求 Education :

大學以上，理工或管理相關科系畢業；碩士尤佳。

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.

語文條件 Language :

英文聽說讀寫能力佳，能獨立與海外供應商溝通。

Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) with strong communication skills with overseas suppliers.

電腦技能 Tools :

熟悉 SAP、Excel、PowerPoint、Word 等軟體。

Proficient in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

管理職能 Management Scope :

管理4人以下團隊。

Manage a small team (≤4 members).

工作地點 Work Location : 印度哈里亞納邦（Haryana）。

India (Haryana).

外派型態 Assignment Type :

台灣總部外派印度子公司。

Expatriate role dispatched from Taiwan HQ.

加分條件 Preferred Skills 具供應商開發、評核及稽核經驗。

Experience in supplier development, evaluation, and audit.

具跨文化溝通與成本分析能力。

Strong cross-cultural communication and cost analysis skills.
