Zonal Sales Manager -Madurai

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership & Coaching :
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Expert Sales Executives (ESEs).
• Build high energy and motivation levels, ensuring low attrition and high engagement.
• Foster in-clinic effectiveness through superior HCP engagement.
• Strategy Execution :
• Execute organizational sales strategies to achieve business outcomes in the zone.
• Roll out key marketing campaigns in coordination with the Regional Expert Sales Manager.
• Segmentation & Targeting :
• Implement effective HCP segmentation and targeting to engage the most relevant experts for GSK / Haleon products.
• Performance Analysis & Planning :
• Analyze area performance using data sources like IQVIA to derive actionable insights.
• Develop and drive implementation of quarterly / annual expert activation plans and budgets.
• Stakeholder Engagement :
• Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), especially senior HCPs at national / state level.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance regional market penetration.
• Compliance & Ethics :
• Ensure adherence to Haleon's Values, Ethics, and Compliance standards.
• Distribution Management :
• Establish and maintain an efficient distribution structure in the assigned geography.
