Key Deliverables

  • Drive sales growth in hardware, paints, cement, and sanitary channels
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and increase PoS coverage
  • Execute trade promotions and maintain strong distributor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, credit policies, and receivables management

Role Responsibilities

  • Implement sales plans and monitor trade performance
  • Track sales trends and provide timely CRM updates
  • Handle order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales service
  • Recommend trade credit and manage collections effectively
