▷ Urgent Search! Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Location : Mumbai (3 days / week) + Lonavala (3 days / week)

Work Hours : Full-time | Extended hours when required

We’re looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chairman & Managing Director (CMD). This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced leadership environment, demonstrates maturity, professionalism, and can operate with discretion and grace under pressure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide day-to-day administrative and strategic support to the CMD.
• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
• Act as a liaison between CMD and internal / external stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and manage communications with attention to tone and detail.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and sound judgment.
• Assist with key projects and ensure follow-through on delegated tasks.
• Coordinate logistics and agendas across the Mumbai and Lonavala office.
