Engineering Manager ( Aluminum Die Casting )

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager with extensive experience in aluminum die casting . The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for New Product Development and Product Lifecycle Management . You will be fully conversant with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and key quality tools, ensuring all engineering activities from RFQ evaluation to manufacturing feasibility are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• New Product Development : Drive New Product Development initiatives from concept to launch. You will be responsible for Product Lifecycle Management , ensuring products meet quality and performance standards throughout their lifespan.
• Quality & Planning : Be fully conversant with APQP and its key elements, including DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), DVP&R (Design Verification Plan and Report) , and Design Reviews . You will apply various Quality Tools to ensure product excellence.
• Collaboration & Problem-Solving : Work effectively in CFT (Cross-Functional Teams) and apply your expertise in various Problem-solving techniques to address engineering challenges.
• Technical Expertise : Oversee crucial activities such as RFQ evaluation, customer input, manufacturing feasibility , and 3D modeling CAD data .
