Manager Production Engineering (Blow Moluding Parts )

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Production Engineering with extensive experience in Blow Moulding Parts . The ideal candidate will lead new product facilities establishment, drive blow moulding development, and spearhead cost reduction initiatives. You will be instrumental in the procurement and installation of new equipment to enhance capacity across moulding, surface treatment, and assembly operations, ensuring our production capabilities are always optimized.

Key Responsibilities

• New Facilities & Product Development : Lead the establishment of new product facilities and drive New Blow Moulding development projects from concept to launch.
• Process Optimization & Cost Reduction : Spearhead Process Development initiatives with a strong focus on Cost reduction . Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency and minimize waste in production.
• Equipment & Capacity Enhancement : Oversee the procurement and installation of new equipment specifically for capacity enhancement in Moulding, Surface Treatment, and Assembly areas. Ensure seamless integration and operational readiness of new machinery.
