We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead who lives and breathes Meta & Google

Ads, understands CAC / LTV math deeply, and can scale campaigns that convert discovery into love

(and repeat purchases). Someone who thrives in building sharp campaigns, experimenting with

creatives, and pushing the ROI frontier week on week.

Position Overview :

As a Performance Marketing Lead specializing in the Jewelry category, you will be responsible

getting quality traffic to the website / mobile and CAC is the core metric. You will be closely

working with the founder to strategize Marketing Campaigns across channels.

Core Responsibilities :

You will be a core part of our marketing & growth team. Basic Expectation is that you love

spending good amount of time on the ads dashboard, play with it and optimize campaigns

for best ROAS. Your responsibilities will include :

• Own key KPIs : Website / App Conversions, CAC, MAU, DAU, Stickiness, Retention,

Purchase Cohorts, Repeat Rates

categories, brands, and platforms (Meta & Google as core, but open to experimenting

with others like YouTube, Snapchat, Programmatic, Apple)

retention (repeat rates, cohort health, LTV)

reactivation

engagement and repeat purchases

customer touchpoints (ads, CRM, website, app)

strategies
