Job descriptionPartner with finance and business teams to monitor P&L performance, margins, and cost optimization opportunities. Perform variance analysis, highlight key risks / opportunities, and recommend corrective actions. Support leadership in capital allocation, investment planning, and resource prioritization. Translate complex data into actionable business insights for leadership teams. Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Conduct market benchmarking and competitive analysis to inform business strategy. Collaborate with senior leadership, functional heads, and cross-functional teams to align planning with organizational objectives. Present financial insights and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team and Board (as required). Drive a culture of data-led decision making across the organization. Support M&A evaluations, new business opportunities, and expansion strategies through financial and business analysis. Drive special projects, process improvement initiatives, and automation in business planning and reporting. Strong expertise in business finance, planning, and analysis. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning. Strong command of data visualization and BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL preferred). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to translate financial and data insights into clear business recommendations. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. High level of business acumen with the ability to work in a dynamic environment. MBA (Finance / Strategy) MBA + Btech 6-12 years of progressive experience in Business planning, FP&A, or Business strategy & finance roles. Prior experience in high-growth industries (e.g., EdTech, Technology, Consumer, Services, Trading companies) preferred.

Key Planning & Forecasting :
- Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), long-term strategic planning, and quarterly re-forecast cycles.
- Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and business cases to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of forecasts, aligning them with business goals and external market conditions.
