Job Summary
- The Credit Analysis Hub is an offshore centre that supports CIB Credit Analysts and Portfolio Analytics & Monitoring teams onshore with operational and early-stage risk assessment activities from locations in India, China, and Egypt.
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Manager to join our dynamic team. The candidate will support the Director, Business Performance & Enablement and AVP- Business Manager in managing daily business operations for the Hub, analysing & reporting on business performance, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of experience in a financial institution in a business management or related role.
Key Responsibilities Strategy
Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.Coordinate stakeholder requirements and track progress, ensuring adherence to timelines.Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for senior management.Business
Manage business operations including coordination with Team Leads to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.Assist with the maintenance of the Hub Collaboration Tools and review data accuracy.Manage team collaboration channels and repositories including MS Teams, SharePointReview and track Hub utilisation & KPIs using a standardised approach and prepare MI reports.Processes
Assist with programme management with project documentation and status reports.Ensure Hub Analysts follow the process on Clarity and timesheets are submitted.Support with team and project related financials including costs, billings, and recharges.People & Talent
This is a non-people leader role but requires management of people related tasks and activitiesAssist in the management of daily business operations including team hiring and headcount management, leave management, coordination of training, team events and awards.Risk Management
Support programme team on Inter-Group Agreements (IGA) and Third Party Risk Management activities as required.Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and senior management.Identify and address stakeholder queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.Governance
Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.Monitor and report on operational performance and suggest improvements.Regulatory & Business Conduct
