Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Business Partner with 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and business partnering within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive people initiatives, enhance employee experience, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Partnering
- Act as the first point of contact for business units for all HR-related queries.
- Understand business goals and align HR strategies to support team objectives.
- Work closely with managers on workforce planning, employee movement, and talent management.
2. Employee Engagement & Retention
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to drive motivation and retention.Conduct regular one-on-one and skip-level meetings to gauge employee satisfaction.Support implementation of recognition programs and culture-building activities.3. Performance Management
Support the performance review cycle, goal setting (KRA / KPI), and appraisal process.Guide managers and employees on feedback, performance discussions, and development plans.4. Talent Management & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate L&D sessions.Partner with department heads to facilitate career progression and internal mobility.5. HR Operations & Compliance
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.Ensure timely documentation, HRIS updates, and adherence to company policies.Assist in handling grievances and basic employee relations cases.6. Reporting & Analytics
Maintain and analyze HR metrics like attrition, engagement, and headcount.Provide monthly HR dashboards and insights to business leaders.Requirements

Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Proactive, approachable, and solution-oriented attitude.Hands-on experience with HR tools / HRMS preferred.Qualification :
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.1–2 years of experience as HR Generalist / HR Executive / HRBP in an IT or technology-driven organization.Benefits

B.Tech / M.Tech, MBA from a premier institute (IITs, NITs, IIMs or equivalent). 2-5 years of experience in domains such as AEC, Civil Engineering. Solid understanding of CAD / BIM tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) Good understanding of construction technology and platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Preferred Skills : Experience with software product development life cycles. Exposure to cloud platforms and digital engineering tools. Client-facing experience or consulting background.
