The candidate will manage and optimize advertising across Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads, ensuring maximum ROI through strategic targeting, creative testing, and data-driven decisions.⸻Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) to generate real estate leads.
- Create and test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, focusing on CPL (Cost per Lead), CTR, and lead quality.
- Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams to ensure campaign-generated leads are qualified and converting.
- Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend across campaigns.
- Develop monthly performance reports and share insights to improve future campaigns.
- Stay updated with performance marketing trends, platform updates, and new tools.
- Assist in campaign scaling and explore new paid channels when required.⸻Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in real estate performance marketing (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics, audience targeting, and funnel optimization.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
