Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Specialist – Technology Trainer with 10+ years of expertise in instrumentation systems, measurement technologies, and control solutions. The role involves delivering structured training, preparing candidates for interviews, and mentoring them from beginner to lead level. The trainer will focus on both technical and interview readiness, ensuring candidates are fully prepared for industry roles in Instrumentation, Measurement, and Control Systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end training programs (Beginner → Lead level)

Deliver modules on process instrumentation, sensors, transducers, control systems, signal processing, and automation

Evaluate and rewrite resumes aligned with instrumentation industry standards

Review, restructure, and enhance project stories for instrumentation projects

Prepare real-world case studies, lab exercises, and scenario-based interview questions

Design situation-based troubleshooting, problem-solving, and system integration questions

Provide interview readiness documentation : Q&A banks, cheat sheets, and reference materials

Conduct technical and HR-style mock interviews with feedback

Mentor candidates on instrumentation certifications and industry standards (ISA, IEC, NABL, ISO)

Develop and maintain training materials : presentations, assignments, lab exercises, and assessments

Ensure candidates confidently articulate answers and project stories

Stay updated with the latest instrumentation technologies, tools, and best practices

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience in Instrumentation and Control Systems across multiple domains (process, electrical, mechanical, automation)

Strong expertise in sensors, transducers, measurement systems, signal processing, and calibration techniques

Knowledge of standards and regulations (ISA, IEC, ISO, NABL)

Prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, and training professionals

Ability to evaluate resumes and project stories to match employer expectations

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Relevant certifications preferred (ISA, Control System, Instrumentation Courses)
