Experience : 20+ years (10+ years in Senior Leadership in Real Estate) - Legal & Liaison Affairs / Leasing / Governance / Rental Management

Qualification : BBA / MBA / LLB / LLM / Real Estate Management

Overview :

Looking for a Dynamic Leader to head corporate functions including CAM, Recovery, Customer Care, HR & Admin, Rental Management, Leasing, Legal & Liaison.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive post-sales, recovery & CAM to ensure service quality and resident satisfaction.
• Lead HR & Admin functions including talent, payroll, culture, and structuring.
• Oversee legal, RERA compliance, and government liaison.
• Manage leasing & rental operations, occupancy, and financial performance.
• Implement SOPs, KPIs, MIS, and represent corporate in board reviews as a part of strategic governance.
• Champion digital transformation through CRM, ERP, and HRMS systems.
