Looking for a Dynamic Leader to head corporate functions including CAM, Recovery, Customer Care, HR & Admin, Rental Management, Leasing, Legal & Liaison.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive post-sales, recovery & CAM to ensure service quality and resident satisfaction.
- Lead HR & Admin functions including talent, payroll, culture, and structuring.
- Oversee legal, RERA compliance, and government liaison.
- Manage leasing & rental operations, occupancy, and financial performance.
- Implement SOPs, KPIs, MIS, and represent corporate in board reviews as a part of strategic governance.
- Champion digital transformation through CRM, ERP, and HRMS systems.
