Description : Role Overview :
Youll be responsible for leading Taleo configuration and enhancement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving scalable HR system improvements. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and love solving complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Taleo configuration, design, and deployment across enterprise systems
- Manage integrations and troubleshoot Tier 2 / Tier 3 issues
- Support new Taleo initiatives and code migrations between environments
- Partner with HR, IT, and other teams to enhance user experience and efficiency
Required Skills & Experience :
4 - 12 years of end-to-end Taleo implementation and support experienceStrong hands-on expertise in Taleo Connect Client (TCC) integrationsSolid understanding of system architecture & data integrationsExcellent problem-solving and communication skills(ref : hirist.tech)
