Job Description : Responsibilities :
10+ years of experience in Experience Cloud development experience along with Salesforce Sales, Service cloud.
Advanced skills in SFDC, Force.com, Business Analysis and Project Scoping
Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies as related to SFDC
Solution Architect experience, excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
The Solutions Architect should have sound knowledge of Salesforce.com Sales, Service and Experience cloud and will be responsible for successfully creating custom applications using Force.com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems
Expert in Force.com application development, salesforce.com integration and extension, features, designing solutions, using the Force.com API, APEX, Visualforce, applications from the AppExchange and other tools that extend the product
He / She must be able to lead a technical requirements gathering session, oversee and approve creation and maintenance of application and system documentation used in design, testing or programming efforts and manage integration
SA should provide technical guidance to the development of Salesforce.com applications to support business and product strategies
Qualifications :
10-12 years CRM experience, the majority specifically with Salesforce and Experience / Community Cloud.
Expert in providing technical end to end solutions based on customer requirements.
Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service and Experience cloud
Solid understanding and experience of Salesforce development and configuration. Specific qualifications :
Understanding of systems architecture and ability to craft scalable solutions
Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and standard methodologies
Understanding of data sharing and transparency considerations and how these play into platform architecture
Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
Proven understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
Experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL)
Good background in design / development of large web-based or client server systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure
Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications.
Should have good Exposure in integrations i.e. Rest API / SOAP APIs, Connected Apps, named credentials etc.
Sound knowledge Hands-on experienced in Lightning Aura and LWC Components
Multi Country roll out Experience will help to deliver better.
