About the Role :
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with 10+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, solution architecture, and team mentorship, driving the successful implementation of Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms. This role is remote and requires deep technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Architecture :
- Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architectures ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Lead technical design sessions and create detailed design documentation.
- Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices for coding, configuration, security, and Guide the implementation of integration patterns using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and Middleware tools.
- Drive data modeling, migration strategies, and security models aligned with enterprise standards.
Development & Delivery :
Oversee development of Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, LWC, Aura components, andFlows.
Manage and optimize API integrations with third-party and legacy systems.Perform code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting of complex issues.Lead DevOps / CI-CD processes including version control (Git), automated testing, anddeployment pipelines.
Ensure alignment with Salesforce release cycles and leverage new features effectively.Team & Stakeholder Collaboration :
Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to Salesforce developers and admins.Partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Integration, Security) to ensure seamless project delivery.Participate in estimation, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies as a technical lead.Required Skills & Experience :
10+ years of Salesforce development and leadership experience, with at least 3+ years in aTech Lead role.
Strong expertise in :
Salesforce Core Clouds : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.Programming & Customization : Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOQL / SOSL.Integration & Middleware : REST / SOAP APIs, Platform Events, ESB / MuleSoft / other middleware.DevOps / CI-CD : Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.Data Management : Data Loader, ETL tools, large data migration strategies.Security & Compliance : Role hierarchy, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, Shield.Hands-on experience with Salesforce release management, sandbox strategies, and environment governance.Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, multi-org strategies, and performance optimization.Proven track record of leading distributed teams and delivering high-quality Salesforce implementations.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client engagement skills.(ref : hirist.tech)
