Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Poonamallee. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs in Java, C, C++, and Python. Expertise in anyone of the below is preferred : DS, DAA, DBMS, OOPs, System Design. Expertise in Java Full stack, MERN, DevOps, Cloud computing, AI / ML, Computer vision, NLP, Gen AI, LLMOps, RAG, Agentic AI, Cybersecurity, IoT, 3D design, Robotics. VLSI, Embedded, 5G, Drone Tech, PCB Design etc is a added advantage. Day-to-day tasks include conducting technical training sessions, developing training materials, evaluating trainee progress, and providing one-on-one support. The Technical Trainer will also collaborate with other trainers and departments to ensure comprehensive training solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Trainer and in Technical Training
• Skills in Training & Development and Training
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in Java, C, C++, and Python programming languages
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in an educational or training environment is a plus
