Senior Learning & Development Partner ( Java OR Python Trainer )

We are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Partner to join our L&D team at Clarivate. The successful candidate will be active in both the design and delivery of a wide array of learning content and modalities, ultimately benefiting a wide variety Clarivate colleagues.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• Bachelor's degree in business management, psychology or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of L&D design and delivery experience- with prior leadership development experience a plus.
• Solid understanding of the learning needs of a global workforce and strategies for effectively supporting remote and hybrid employees
• Familiarity with learning technologies, e-learning platforms, and live / virtual workshop facilitation
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret learning metrics

Hours of work

This is a permanent position with Clarivate.9 hours per day including lunch break. We have hybrid work model, flexible and employee friendly work environment.
