Roles and Responsibilities | What will you do?

• Owning and taking care of HR Operations related to offers, contracts, onboardings and exits,
• Coordinate with the founders in designing and implementing company policies, and setting up various HR processes,
• Managing internal HRMS and databases, payroll related activities, and work on company-wide audit related activities for any statutory compliances,
• Collaborate with the founders and the key stakeholders in defining and building Superset culture, and actively taking care of people processes,
• Address people related grievances and do continuous mental health checks through one on one chats / conversations with the team.
