Job Description :
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Store Incharge to efficiently manage our inventory and store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and record-keeping skills, a sound understanding of storekeeping procedures, and the ability to manage inventory through digital tools and computer applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations.
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and goods.
- Issue materials to various departments / workshops as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records—both in physical registers and computer systems (Excel / ERP).
- Conduct periodic stock verification, cycle counts, and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Prevent and report any loss, theft, or damage of goods.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Accounts departments for material requirements, documentation, and bill processing.
- Ensure systematic storage, proper labeling, and safety of all materials.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock and consumption reports.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with all safety norms within the store premises.
Requirements :
Minimum Graduate (any discipline).Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, email; ERP knowledge preferred).Prior experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations is preferred.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.Candidates from North Bengal will be given preference.Benefits :
