SLN Buildtech Merchandising a Hyderabad based company engaged in Distribution & Trading of Construction; Thermal & Acoustic Insulation products with a more than 10000 sft of warehouse in 3 different locations is looking for Store Incharges

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Store Incharge. The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, Managing of Inward and Outward of materials; ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and handling customer service. Tasks include maintaining store cleanliness, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring effective communication within the team.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills including knowledge in computers and various software's.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the Store / Warehouse management is a plus
• Any Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
