As a Branch Head, you will oversee the branch's daily operations, drive revenue generation, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
You will lead a team of on roll employees team and staff, focusing on recruitment, training, and development, while fostering a culture of excellence and high performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the life insurance sector and agency channel dynamics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Branch Management : Oversee overall branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Revenue Generation : Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Team Management : Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales manager, promoting a high-performance culture.
- Agency Channel Development : Build and maintain strong relationships with agency business partners to enhance branch performance.
- Recruitment & Training : Identify, recruit, and develop talent within the agency channel, ensuring a pipeline of skilled agents.
- Sales & Marketing : Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote insurance products and expand market reach.
- Branch Development : Identify opportunities for branch growth and improvement, implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational metrics to senior management.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance are a plus.Minimum of 8 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (Branch Manager, Branch Head).Proven track record of revenue generation and sales achievement within an agency channel.Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and management.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.Skills Required
