LDC Solution Design Manager : Intercompany Order Management

Summary

The SCM Intercompany (IC) Order Management (OM) Solution Design Manager is the business representative in the IC OM / CTC work stream to design, build and deploy the global SC Intercompany Order Management processes with the respective solution(s) for Novartis to ensure E2E SC Replenishment execution. This role requires knowledge in the area of Sales Order and Purchase Order Management and execution. We are looking for someone ideally to have experience in SAP implementation projects working in the area of Intercompany Order management.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the Business Solution Manager responsible for Intercompany Order Management in close collaboration with the GPO (Global Process Owners), Global IC OM Department, Business Champions, Functional IT Experts and the LDC Adopt counterpart.
• Responsible for elaborate deliverables as per the project plan during conceptual design, build and adopt phase. Below is a list of such deliverables (not exhaustive)
• Ensure a proper implementation of the intermediate Core solution designed in previous releases by adopting the global template to fit for the upcoming LDC releases.
• Establish or update business standard operating procedures.
• Review and adopt, if necessary, the training material and working instructions
• Execute business screening of IT solutions and testing of solution(s)
• Support and contribute to data migration in Intercompany Order Management
• Align and agree on integration of relevant processes and their respective system solution(s) with Intercompany Order Management e.g. in the area commercial operations, Customs & Trade Compliance, Logistics W&D and External Manufacturing
