About the Role

We are looking for a sharp and driven Category Manager for our Fruits & Vegetables

(FnV) team. This role requires strong ownership of pricing, revenue growth, P&L

management, and analytics, while ensuring customer delight through the right assortment,

quality, and value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end P&L for the FnV category.

Develop and execute pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies to drive

growth and profitability.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, margins, and revenue trends, and take

corrective actions.

Drive demand forecasting and inventory planning in collaboration with supply

chain and operations teams.

Leverage data and analytics to identify customer insights, buying patterns, and

market trends.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and

Product teams to deliver category goals.

Track competition and market benchmarks to ensure category competitiveness

and innovation.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in category management, revenue management, or P&L

ownership (preferably in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG; FnV experience is a plus).

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / SQL / BI tools.

Proven ability to manage pricing, margins, and revenue optimization.

Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and vendor relationship skills.

environment.
