Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead and drive Epharmacy revenue and operations across Hospitals in the East region. This role involves working closely with on-ground teams to enhance sales, resolve pharmacist issues, monitor turnaround times (TAT), and ensure efficient execution of strategies. The candidate will also serve as the single point of contact for all Epharmacy initiatives in the region, while supporting revenue tracking and data management for reporting purposes.
Job Responsibility
- Drive Epharmacy revenue across all enabled hospitals by identifying growth opportunities, tracking performance, and ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies.
- Strategies and implement initiatives to increase Epharmacy sales in the East region, ensuring achievement of sales targets and sustained revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Hospitals in the East to understand on-ground patient behaviour and deploy targeted strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Monitor Epharmacy turnaround times (TAT) and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Act as the single point of contact for all Epharmacy operations in the East region, coordinating efforts between hospitals, pharmacists, and corporate teams.
- Maintain regular communication with Hospital units to improve conversions and streamline day-to-day operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of revenue data and provide support to the corporate team for data-related queries and reporting.
What We Are Looking For :
