About The Role

We're looking for smart and hungry individuals who are obsessed with marketing on the internet. We are looking for people who have grown tired of the way things have always been done, and are eager to join a place that finds non-traditional ways of solving problems.

Most importantly you must be someone who can both strategize as well as operate to deliver results for an array of brands.

The Type Of People We Are Looking For

  • Good written and presentation communication skills, allowing them to comfortably engage with senior managers and agency partners.
  • Someone who not only reads about social media and algorithms but is well versed to operate on it.
  • Expertise in brand / digital strategy, with the ability to translate strategy into smart and sound digital tactics.
  • An understanding of a brand marketing mix, ensuring that social & digital strategies integrate and amplify beyond traditional channels.
  • Hands-on experience in handling brands / clients, team members and executing on day to day tasks.
  • Hands on platform experience in creating, managing and executing social media calendars and strategies.
  • A positive outlook that contributes to a strong work culture and healthy business.

Job Description

  • Minimum 2-3 years of strong agency experience.
  • Overall custodian of a brand's digital initiatives.
  • Constantly explore new channels and mediums in the digital world that will help articulate the client's vision and objectives.
  • Deliver month on month analytics on all accounts using some of the proprietary systems developed by Wirality.
  • Motivate and manage your team, contributing to overall growth month-to-month, while efficiently communicating and managing tasks between the client and the agency heads.
  • Take ownership of your client relationship and social strategy, ensure recommendations are smart, grounded in creative insights, hit KPIs out of the park, and ultimately, help them achieve their desired result.
  • Responsible for assignments initiated by the agency and driving their results.
  • Collaborate with the leaders of other departments (Creative, Paid Media and Production) to improve and execute on deliverables, process', and output.
  • Other Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or an entrepreneurial past or 1+ years of experience working within the social & digital, media, and agency space.
  • Sound understanding of social media platforms and content creation
  • Multi tasking skills
  • Self-motivated & proactive with a positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Culturally immersed and passionate about emerging technology & trends
  • A demonstrated passion for social media
  • Flawless knowledge of spelling and grammar
  • Working knowledge of slang terms and colloquial expressions
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (email, docs, drive, slides)
