Roles & Responsibilities :

Recruitment Support :

Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases.

Onboarding :

Coordinate onboarding processes, including document collection, orientation sessions, and introduction plans.

Employee Engagement :

Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and team-building activities.

HR Operations :

Support office logistics and vendor coordination as part of daily admin operations

Requirements :

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools is a plus.

Passion for working in HR and contributing to organizational growth.
