What You’ll Be Doing :

Assist in

recruitment & talent acquisition

processes (from sourcing to scheduling interviews)

Support

onboarding and induction

of new employees.

Coordinate and help execute

employee engagement

initiatives.

Work on

HR operations , policy documentation, and compliance.

Maintain and update

HR databases & personnel records.

What We’re Looking For :

MBA in

Human Resource Management

(recently completed or awaiting final results)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Eager to learn, proactive, and enthusiastic

Comfortable working

on-site in our Delhi (Okhla) office)
