Key Responsibilities :
1) SEO (Organic Search) :
- Lead all aspects of SEO - on-page, off-page, and technical - to grow visibility for key search terms across geographies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and regular site audits.
- Improve rankings, organic traffic, and conversion from web channels.
- Collaborate with tech and content teams to continuously improve crawlability, structure, and relevance.
2) SEM (Paid Search Campaigns) :
Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google, Bing, and other relevant platforms.Drive performance across lower-funnel and upper-funnel campaigns to support occupancy.Optimize ads, landing pages, bids, and targeting to reduce CPL and maximize ROI.Run experiments to improve campaign performance at scale.3) Analytics & Reporting :
Monitor key SEO and SEM metrics using tools like GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, SEMrush / Ahrefs, and Data Studio.Own reporting and insights dashboards to track progress across funnel stages.Use performance data to drive continuous improvement and We're Looking For :5-8 years of experience in SEO and SEM roles, preferably in high-growth consumer tech / startup environments.Strong understanding of search algorithms, ad platforms, and web analytics.Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Tag Manager.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented setup.(ref : iimjobs.com)
