Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Housekeeping Guest Service Experience at Holiday Inn Express located in Gurugram. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas. Daily tasks include managing housekeeping duties, coordinating laundry services, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with guests and the team. Additionally, the candidate will undergo and provide training to ensure high standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Housekeeping and Laundry management
• Proficient in Customer Service and Communication
• Experience in training and skill development
• Detail-oriented with an ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
