Position Overview :

We are looking for a motivated

Associate

with a background in

Finance, Accounts, or Audit

to join our Gurugram team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.

Support financial reporting, MIS preparation, and audit deliverables.

Perform internal and statutory audit support activities.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Work closely with seniors and managers on client engagements.

Requirements : Education :

B.Com (Hons.) or equivalent degree in Commerce / Finance.

Experience :

0–2 years in Finance, Accounting, or Audit (including internship experience).

Skills :

Strong understanding of accounting principles and Excel.

Knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks or other accounting software preferred.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Work Mode :

Onsite (Kolkat office, Minto Park).
