Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager Primary Packaging who will drive B2B sales and business growth in the pharmaceutical packaging domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial or packaging sales, a customer-centric approach, and proven experience managing end-to-end sales and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with pharmaceutical formulation manufacturers.
• Promote and sell Aluminium Blister Foils and Strip Foils as key primary packaging products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and service excellence.
• Coordinate between production, logistics, and customers to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
• Prepare and present commercial offers, negotiate pricing, and close orders effectively.
• Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business development goals.
