Job Description : Program Management – CSR

Experience : 6–8 years

Education : Master’s in Social Work / Rural Development / Arts (with relevant CSR or Social Development experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies for large-scale skilling programs , particularly in the IT-ITES sector .
• Create and implement Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks and oversee on-ground deployment.
• Lead and manage program partnerships , ensuring alignment with organizational goals and impact metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholder groups including government bodies, corporates, nonprofits, and community organizations.
• Stay abreast of developments and policies led by GoI, MSDE, MOLE, AICTE , and other relevant agencies.
• Integrate MS technologies and digital tools to enhance learning and capacity building in the nonprofit sector.
• Ensure smooth execution, reporting, and documentation of CSR initiatives.
