Job descriptionDesign and manage robust M&E frameworks to track program outcomes, measure impact, and enable data-driven decision-making. Build and maintain effective partnerships with government bodies, corporates, NGOs, and community organizations to enhance program reach and sustainability. Lead collaborations with key institutions such as GoI, MSDE, MOLE, AICTE, and other agencies to ensure compliance and policy alignment. Integrate Microsoft technologies and other digital tools to strengthen learning, capacity building, and operational efficiency within the nonprofit ecosystem. Ensure timely and seamless execution of projects, including documentation, impact reporting, and compliance with CSR guidelines. Proven experience in strategy development and program management within CSR or workforce development domains. Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs with measurable social outcomes. Exposure to technology-enabled learning and digital transformation in the social sector. Deep passion for social impact, community development, and inclusive growth.
Job Title : Program Manager - CSR
Experience : 6-8 years
Education : Master's in Social Work, Rural Development, or Arts (with relevant CSR or Social Development experience)
Role Overview :
The Program Manager - CSR will lead the design, implementation, and oversight of large-scale skilling and employability initiatives, with a focus on the IT-ITES sector. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, program management, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for driving sustainable social impact.
