Job Title : Program Manager - CSR
Experience : 6-8 years
Education : Master's in Social Work, Rural Development, or Arts (with relevant CSR or Social Development experience)
Role Overview :
The Program Manager - CSR will lead the design, implementation, and oversight of large-scale skilling and employability initiatives, with a focus on the IT-ITES sector. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, program management, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for driving sustainable social impact.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy & Program Design :
- Develop and implement strategies for high-impact skilling and workforce development programs, ensuring alignment with CSR objectives and community needs.
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) :
Design and manage robust M&E frameworks to track program outcomes, measure impact, and enable data-driven decision-making.Stakeholder Management :
Build and maintain effective partnerships with government bodies, corporates, NGOs, and community organizations to enhance program reach and sustainability.Partnership & Collaboration :
Lead collaborations with key institutions such as GoI, MSDE, MOLE, AICTE, and other agencies to ensure compliance and policy alignment.Digital Enablement :
Integrate Microsoft technologies and other digital tools to strengthen learning, capacity building, and operational efficiency within the nonprofit ecosystem.Program Execution & Reporting :
Ensure timely and seamless execution of projects, including documentation, impact reporting, and compliance with CSR guidelines.Key Skills & Attributes :
