Experience : 1-3 Years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience, preferably specializing in sales enablement content

Location : Remote (India)

Visdum is looking for a customer-obsessed Content Marketing Specialist who transforms market research and buyer insights into compelling assets that help close deals.

In this role, you'll own content creation from strategy to execution, with a strong focus on sales enablement materials, helping the sales team ace their pipeline goals. You'll be responsible for creating content that educates, engages, and converts while building our brand authority in the sales compensation space.

Our ideal candidate has 1-3 years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience, proven ability to create sales-focused content, and a track record of driving measurable outcomes through content.

Responsibilities :

  • Create high-quality, conversion-focused content across all formats - blogs, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, video scripts, sales battle cards, competitive analysis, and product positioning materials
  • Develop deep expertise in the 'Sales Compensation' industry to create authoritative content that establishes Visdum as the market leader
  • Own sales enablement content strategy - create materials that directly support the sales process including templates, video scripts, help guides, ROI calculators, and competitive positioning documents
  • Develop and execute multi-format, SEO-optimized content strategies that drive qualified leads and support the entire buyer journey
  • Use AI tools strategically to scale content production while maintaining quality and brand voice
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to create targeted content for different stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Write compelling PR stories, thought leadership pieces, and external announcements that elevate Visdum's market position
  • Analyze content performance and optimize based on data to improve conversion rates and engagement

Requirements :

  • 1-3 years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience, preferably with focus on sales enablement content
  • Experience creating content across multiple formats like blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, infographics, and presentations
  • Experience writing for the US market with understanding of B2B buyer personas and decision-making processes
  • Intermediate design capabilities using Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling visual content
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven messaging
  • Deep understanding of SEO, content optimization, and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush
  • Strong research skills with ability to quickly become subject matter expert in new industries
  • Proven understanding of content distribution strategies across multiple channels and audience engagement tactics
  • Data-driven approach to content creation with experience in A / B testing and performance optimization
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proactive mindset with demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results independently
  • Team player who collaborates effectively across sales, marketing, and product teams
